Shipping policy
Orders are shipped within one business day, excluding Italian public holidays. All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Italy.
DELIVERY
The estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days, depending on the destination country and any applicable customs procedures. A more precise estimated delivery date will be provided by the shipping partner and can be viewed through the tracking link once your order has been shipped.
Orders are delivered directly to your delivery address.
If home delivery is unavailable, you will receive an email with information about where to collect your package.
You will receive an e-mail once your order has been shipped, in which you will find the tracking number to locate the progress of your delivery. If you can't find that mail, check in your spam folder. If that's also unsuccessful, reach us at support@nofscandinavia.com and we will assist you further.

Delivery door-to-door €15 for orders under €300. Free shipping for orders of €300 or more. |

NORWAY |
Delivery door-to-door NOK 300 for orders under NOK 3,000. Free shipping for orders of NOK 3,000 or more. For orders shipped to Norway, VAT will be already included at checkout and you shall not be liable for any extra tax charge. |

NON EU COUNTRIES |
Delivery door-to-door €40 for all orders. The applicable shipping cost will always be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Orders shipped to countries outside of the EU may be subject to local VAT, import duties and/or taxes as they are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. You will be liable for the payment of such import duties and taxes. The VAT will be based on your total order value. |
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
It's possible to cancel your order if it has not been processed yet, send us an e-mail at support@nofscandinavia.com.
You are required to provide the correct delivery address for products you buy on Nudeofscandinavia.com. If the address you have provided cannot be confirmed, Nudeofscandinavia.com reserves the right to withhold delivery and cancel your order. You will be notified if such a situation arises and that any payment or other means of payment is returned/cancelled.
