Acknowledgment and confirmation of orders

When you order a product from us, you will receive an acknowledgement email indicating that we have received your order. However, no binding purchase agreement is entered into until you have received an order confirmation from us. You are required to provide the correct delivery address for products you buy on Nudeofscandinavia.com. If the address you have provided cannot be confirmed, Nudeofscandinavia.com reserves the right to withhold delivery and cancel your order. You will be notified if such a situation arises and that any payment or other means of payment is returned/cancelled.

Ordering and payment

You must be at least 18 years of age to make purchases on Nudeofscandinavia.com. Choose the products you want to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. You can change the contents of your cart right up to the point when you place your order, and you can check the contents of your cart and the price of products in your cart at any time. Enter your name, address, email, phone number, payment method, and select delivery method. Our payment options may vary depending on the country from where you are placing your order. Card payment is accepted by Visa and MasterCard. Your debit card is charged directly. When you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation. With the exception of Italian bank holidays, we ship orders Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Orders received before 12am will be shipped on the same day. Once you have confirmed your purchase, your order is submitted to nudeofscandinavia.com and can no longer be changed. Orders shipped to countries outside of the EU may be subject to local VAT, import duties and/or taxes as they are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. The customer will be liable for the payment of such import duties and taxes.

Discount codes

We may offer discount codes that you can use to reduce the price of selected products. You enter such codes at the checkout before you make your purchase. Each code only applies for limited periods. Special terms and conditions may also apply to them so that they can only be used in connection with certain products or categories. Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers.

You may not attempt to credit a discount code that you had forgotten about once an order has been placed. Only one (1) discount code per order is allowed. Discount codes are not personal and may be used by anyone who has access to them. Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credits or similar.

In the event of fraud or in the event of suspicion of other illegal activities in connection with the redemption of discount codes, we have the right to cancel orders with which such discount codes have been used and we may permanently block you from shopping at Nudeofscandinavia.com.
