Shipping & returns



Delivery

We ship orders Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm, with exception of Italian bank holidays. Orders received before 12am are shipped on the same day. Delivery times may vary depending on the country of destination and potential customs operations, if applicable. Shipping costs may vary, but all such costs will be clearly shown before purchase at the checkout. For orders over EUR 200, the economy shipping will be free of charge.

Orders shipped to countries outside of the EU may be subject to local VAT, import duties and/or taxes as they are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. You will be liable for the payment of such import duties and taxes. The VAT will be based on your total order value.

For orders shipped to Norway, VAT will be already included at checkout and you shall not be liable for any extra tax charge.

Tracking your order

You will receive an e-mail from the courier once your order has been shipped, in which you will find the tracking number to locate the progress of your delivery. If you can't find that mail, check in your spam folder. If that's also unsuccessful, reach us at support@nofscandinavia.com and we will assist you further.

 

Cancellation of orders

It's possible to cancel your order if it has not been processed yet, send us an e-mail at support@nofscandinavia.com.

You are required to provide the correct delivery address for products you buy on Nudeofscandinavia.com. If the address you have provided cannot be confirmed, Nudeofscandinavia.com reserves the right to withhold delivery and cancel your order. You will be notified if such a situation arises and that any payment or other means of payment is returned/cancelled.
 

Right of withdrawal and returns

Nude of Scandinavia has a 14-days return policy. You therefore have 14 days from when your order is delivered to you, to return it for a refund or exchange. To request a return or exchange, please contact us by email to support@nofscandinavia.com, quoting your order number, and we will provide you with a shipping label. We handle returns Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with exception of Italian bank holidays. Original packaging that is damaged or missing may result in the depreciation in value of an item. To ensure you receive a full refund, we recommend that all items are returned in their original packaging. Sealed products that for health or hygiene reasons may not be returned once their seals have been broken after receipt, are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

When you return a product to us, please ensure that it is correctly packaged. You are responsible for all goods you send to us until we receive them. Retain all receipts from delivery companies and any tracking numbers.  We do not accept packages that need to be collected or similar.

You are responsible for the payment of the return, and we will therefore deduct the return shipping cost from your refund. The cost for return shipment may vary depending on the country, and is usually around 30 EUR. The final cost will be communicated to you via e-mail when we process your return request.  Please note that for returns coming from extra-EU countries, you may be responsible for paying import costs as well, and we will deduct a maximum of 45 EUR from your refund to cover the transport and customs costs.

 

Refunds

When we receive a returned product, we inspect it, and you will subsequently receive a refund of the amount you paid at the time of purchase, deducting the transport cost for return. Refunds are always made using the same payment method used at the point of purchase.

You may forfeit part or the full amount of your refund due to one or more of the following reasons:

  • the product has been used
  • the product has been damaged while you were responsible for it
  • the product has been used in a way that was unnecessary to determine what type of product it is and what properties and functions it has
  • you have not complied with the terms and conditions related to the right of withdrawal regarding seals etc.

     

Complaints: faulty products

Your purchase is covered by the Consumer Sales Act. This means that you are entitled to have a faulty product either repaired, exchanged, refunded, or reduced in price depending on specific circumstances. Complaints should be legitimate and not be made due to improper use of a product or other event that causes a fault.
 

You are obliged to contact us within a reasonable amount of time

You must make a complaint within a reasonable amount of time after discovering a defect with a product. We recommend that you inform us about faulty goods at support@nudeofscandinavia.com for further instructions as soon as possible and no more than two (2) months after the fault is discovered. You have 2 years of claim rights under Italian law.

To allow us to assess your complaint, we will ask you for a brief description of how the damage or defect has occurred.
 

In the event of a legitimate complaint, we will refund reasonable shipping costs

If a complaint is justified, we will refund a reasonable amount for the costs of returning an item. If a complaint is unjustified, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, including our costs for returning the product to you after inspection.

Please note that a product must always be shipped correctly packaged. Please ensure that you retain all shipping receipts. You continue to be responsible for products you send to us until we receive them. Retain postal receipts and information about shipping costs and any tracking numbers.

We do not accept packages that need to be collected or similar.

Nudeofscandinavia.com cannot be held responsible if products are out of stock, potential pricing errors, discrepancies in stock inventories, technical problems, changes to specifications, and any typographical errors on our part. Neither can Nudeofscandinavia.com be liable for product information being incomplete.
