When will you ship my order?
We ship orders Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, with exception of Italian bank holidays. All orders received before 12pm will be shipped on the same day.
What are the delivery costs?
Shipping costs may vary depending on your country, but all such costs will be clearly shown before purchase at the checkout. For orders over EUR 200, the economy shipping will be free of charge.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by e-mail for your order once it has left our warehouse. It's important that you keep an eye on the status of you shipment using the tracking no. you receive via e-mail. Orders are usually delivered door-to-door, when possible, otherwise you will receive an e-mail with information regarding the pick-up point for your package. Please note that some of these emails may end up in your junk, so take an extra look there if you can’t find your order confirmation or shipping information. If you're not able to find the tracking no. in your e-mail, please contact us at email@example.com and we will assist you further.
What size should I choose?
In the product page, you will find a size guide where you can check the measurements of the insole of each size. The fit for our shoes is usually regular, if not it will be clearly stated in the description of the article. If you're still not sure about the fit and would like to receive our advice, do not hesitate to send us a message.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes of course! Nude of Scandinavia has a 14-days returns policy. You therefore have 14 days from when your order is delivered to you, to return it for a refund or exchange and drop it off at a service point. To return or exchange an item, please contact us by email quoting your order number and we will provide you with a shipping label. If your package is returned to us, we do not stand for the shipping cost to resend your items. You can visit our Shipping & returns page for more information.
Can I exchange size?
If you'd like to exchange the size of a shoe, then you can place a new order for the new size, if available in stock. We will cover the shipping cost to send you the new shoes and you can then try them together and compare the fit. You can then decide to send back both pairs or keep one. If both shoes are to be sent back, you'll be responsible for covering the shipping cost for return, however if you decide to keep one then we will cover the return of the other size.
I have received a faulty item, what should I do?
Your purchase is covered by the Consumer Sales Act. This means that you are entitled to have a faulty product either repaired, exchanged, refunded, or reduced in price depending on specific circumstances. Complaints should be legitimate and not be made due to improper use of a product or other event that causes a fault. You must make a complaint within a reasonable amount of time after discovering a defect with a product. We recommend that you inform us about faulty goods at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions as soon as possible, but no more than two (2) months after the fault is discovered. You have 2 years of claim rights under Italian law.
