Payment

Paying an invoice of NuDE of Scandinavia is easy and safe. You don’t need to provide us with your account details and you only pay after receiving your goods at home.

This website contains terms & conditions. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. By placing an order at NuDE of Scandinavia you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at NuDE of Scandinavia for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights.

 

Terms of Payment

Credit period of this purchase is 14 days from the invoice date. The invoice is sent together with the delivery to the stated delivery address.  Invoice fee is €0,00.

A penalty fine of €6,50 is added to the invoice in case the payment has not reached us on the final date of payment. Further delay is billed with a late payment interest rate of 18%.

 

Privacy Policy

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain, will be handled by NuDE of Scandinavia as responsible for the personal information and according to the Swedish law and will not be shared with other third parties.

The personal information you provide will be used for customer identification and to ensure deliveries to you, to provide information on our assortment to you. Your personal identity number is used as custom number in our custom management system.
We declare that we will not sell or transfer any personal information. By placing an order at NuDE of Scandinavia you approve the use of your personal information.

 

Force Majeure

Events outside NuDE of Scandinavia’s control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that NuDE of Scandinavia is released from NuDE of Scandinavias obligations to fulfil contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

 

CHANGE, RETURN & COMPLAINTS            

Change of Goods:

You have up to 14 day exchange period.

1.     Reservation of a new item:
Email us at contact@nudeofscandinavia.com to inform us which new item you wish to replace for the previously received goods. Clearly mark “Change” in the subject field of your email and indicate the size which you wish to change to in the text field. IMPORTANT: Include your customer ID number and the order number in the same email so we can localize you and your order.

2.     Shipping costs:
NuDE of Scandinavia is not responsible for any shipping charges concerning returns or exchanges.

3.     Packaging:
As a customer you are responsible for any damages/risks that occur during return shipment, therefore we recommend to repack the goods with packing materials that secure the return of the goods in undamaged state, this includes the shoebox.  Hence we demand to pack the goods in packing material that protects both the shoebox and the shoes during transport.

4.     How to return the goods:
Please contact your nearest post office where you can purchase a customer return label. On this label you fill in the return address. Always save the receipt (which includes package/parcel number) so the package is traceable in case anything should occur during the return transport.

5.   New item:
Once your return has been approved and registered by us, we will send out the reserved replacement article (as mentioned in step 1.) to you as soon as possible.

6.   Update of the invoice:
We will send an update invoice to you with the new information. The invoice’s due date will remain unchanged and you can still pay according to the old invoice.  If you wish to wait with the payment until the new invoice, pleasecontact nude@nudeofscandinavia.com to extend the invoice’s due date. Mark your email with “Change – extend due date” in the subject field.

 

The Change of Goods process usually takes up to 14 working days. The customer is responsible for any transport costs and risk when changing or returning goods.  

 

Return of Goods:

1.   Packaging:
As a customer you are responsible for any damages/risks that occur during return shipment, therefore we recommend to repack the goods with packing materials that secure the return of the goods in undamaged state. You can use the same box the goods arrived in or an equivalent box. Hence we demand to pack the goods in packing material that protects both the shoebox and the shoes during transport.

2.     How to return the goods:
Please contact your nearest post office where you can purchase a customer return label. On this label you fill in the return address. Always save the receipt (which includes package/parcel number) so the package is traceable in case anything should occur during the return transport.

3.     Refund:
We will notify you via email when the returned goods are registered by us.  In conjunction with this notification a refund of the full amount is transferred to the same card/account as used during your order placement. Refunding this amount will happen as soon as possible (within 30 days from the date we received your returned goods).

File a complaint:

1.     File your complaint:
Send an email to nude@nudeofscandinavia.com in which you briefly describe your complaint, mark the email with “Complaint” in the subject field. Make sure to add good photos of the damage. Based on this we will conduct an initial assessment. In case we assess that the complaint is valid, we will send a prepaid label for return shipment to your email address.

2.     Fill out the return form:
Fill out the return form with the code of the item you wish to return. Put the form in the package together with the item. In case you have lost/thrown away the return form, you can fill out a new form here and print it yourself.

3.     Check the goods:
When the item is unused, or just tested, it can be returned in its present condition. In case of usage the item should be cleaned before return.

4.     Packaging
As a customer you are responsible for any transport risks that occur during return shipment, therefore we recommend to repack the goods with packing materials that secure the return of the goods in unchanged state.

5.     How to return the goods:
After packing your item carefully, put the prepaid label as mentioned in step 1 on the package and hand it in at the nearest post office.

6.     Next actions:
We will notify you via email when we have received your returned goods. Thereafter we will conduct a second assessment and a final decision is made on whether the claim is considered valid. In case the complaint is approved there are three options:

·       Repairing the item

·       Replacing the item by a new item (same product)

·       Refunding the amount paid for the item to your account

We carry out the best option and notify you via email which actions have been taken. In case your complaint is not approved it will be returned to you without any actions taken. The File a Complaint process usually takes up to 14 working days.

 

Additional information

All packages sent by NuDE of Scandinavia are insured. In case the package and/or content are damaged upon receipt, you must immediately report this on the spot. In case you discover damage after picking up and opening the package, please contact us immediately. Damage due to transport must be reported to us within reasonable time frame after the damage is detected or should have been detected. Complaints that occur within 14 working days from the time of purchase are always considered as within reasonable time.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

 

Free shipping on all orders.

Shipping in the Nordic countries is provided by Posten MyPack and handled through international parcel shipment to the remaining non-Nordic countries in Europe Currently shipment outside of Europe is not possible.

After placing your order a conformation of receipt will be sent by email to the given email address. The duration of shipment is set between 2 - 8 working days. The delivery address will be your local delivery point. You will receive a text message or email when your package is ready to be collected. All orders are fully traceable.

Invoice payment

NuDE of Scandinavia AB charges by invoice.  A fast, minor check will be performed to confirm your personal information and to accept/approve your purchase. After receiving your order, you have 14 days to fulfil the payment; otherwise a penalty fee will be added. When using invoice payment your shipping address needs to be your registered residential address. (Or: the shipping address needs to be the same as the address on your invoice)

 

Unclaimed packages

In case a package(s) has not been collected at the indicated local delivery point within 14 days after the notification that the package is ready to be collected, NuDE of Scandinavia reserves the right to charge you a fee to cover the cost for return shipping and the administrative costs of the freight company.

Unclaimed packages are not considered as cancellation of your purchase. According to Swedish law, you have to personally inform NuDE of Scandinavia to use the right of withdrawal, file a complaint, change or return your order
